We focus on small and medium-sized businesses in Slovakia and the Czech Republic in industries where customer relationships are long-term, demand is stable, and the company does not need a favourable environment to function.

Vertical compliance software for regulated industries (payroll, GDPR, HACCP, tax reporting), municipal and public-sector systems, regional managed IT providers, webhosting and managed infrastructure, ERP for automotive tier-2 and tier-3 suppliers. Recurring revenue, high switching costs, and customers who do not change providers as long as the service works.

Industrial services, distribution, and building technology

Calibration and metrology, industrial maintenance, food-processing equipment servicing, specialty B2B distribution (dental and medical consumables, laboratory reagents, safety equipment, specialty chemicals), parking systems, building management, access control and HVAC integration. Multi-year contracts, customers who do not switch, and demand driven by operations — not the economic cycle.

Regulatory and compliance services

Occupational health, HACCP certification, fire safety, environmental audit, customs brokerage, metrology, NDT inspection. Individually small companies, collectively a durable industry. Demand mandated by law, invoiced annually, and customers have no choice — they must procure these services regardless of how the economy is doing.


What unites them

Recurring or captive revenue. Switching costs that are technical, regulatory, or relational — not just price-based. Fragmented markets with bolt-on potential. An owner who has been in business for twenty or thirty years, has built something that works, and is now thinking about who to entrust it to.

What we don’t buy

We are picky by design. It saves everyone’s time.

We do not buy businesses with no recurring revenue — pure project shops with no repeat component. We do not buy loss-making businesses or operational turnarounds. We do not buy companies where the founder is the product — the consultant, the personality, the personal brand. We do not buy commodity manufacturing with no service or technology wrapper. We do not buy businesses dependent on a single customer above roughly half of revenue. And we do not buy businesses whose value lives entirely inside government subsidies with no competitive moat underneath.
